These are some of the projects we have been working on recently. As you can see we work on a wide variation of projects. (Please be aware that we do not get involved in the design side of web sites. The quality of design in these projects may vary).
Practical For Sale sites
The Practical Caravan and Motorhome For Sale websites were originally developed by John Polling whilst working at the WhiteAgency, we have now been contracted to provide ongoing support and development for the For Sale sites and their associated dealer stock management system.
The sites allow dealers and private sellers to advertise the caravans and motorhomes they wish to sell. The sites have had in excess of 12,000 adverts placed on them with very positive feedback from both dealers and private sellers.
As part of the For Sales sites a dealer stock management system has been created to allow dealers to manage their stock information on the websites. To make the management as simple as possible dealers have the ability to upload stock via CSV and XML.
All of the adverts are feed into Haymarket's Advertising database which allows for adverts to be recreated in the the Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome magazines. The For Sale websites were the first within the Haymarket Group's websites to have this functionality.
Work involved
- Provide ongoing technical support of the website codebase and database
- Provide ongoing support for the dealer stock management system
- Advise on requested future functionality for the sites
